Products in Stock
We do our best to ship as fast and safe as we can your products. We usually take 1-3 business days to ship your product. If you are purchasing any kind of furniture or chandeliers we ask for 3-8 business days of handling. We want to make sure your product is safe and sound before it leaves our store!
Products in Preorder
We can't exactly know for sure when we will be able to ship your product. We usually have estimates around 2 weeks up to 2 months depending on the brand and product you purchase. Once you complete your order, our sales team will contact you in 1-2 business days to give insight about your preorder. We will always give you the best solution.
If you have an order where you purchased both types of products (in stock and preorder). We usually send them separately. We will contact you in 1-2 business days to go through your order.

Once our handling process is complete, your parcel will take around 1-5 business days to get your preferred address. Our total shipping and handling time is 2-8 business days.
United States Addresses
Once our handling process is complete, your parcel will take around 5-14 business days to get your preferred address. Our total shipping and handling time is 6-17 business days.

At this time (only through our website) we only offer shipments to Mexico and United States.
