Damaged Products

Once you receive the products you purchase, you have a maximum of 3 days to notify us with evidence (pictures) of any damage that the shipment may have caused. Send us an e-mail to info@shopestrelas.com or give us a call to +52 81 2315 1185. We will give you the best solution and we will arrange the necessary procedures to aid your need, we have a world class personalized customer service. You are in safe hands. 

Returns Refunds and Exchanges 

If you change your mind about a product, unfortunately we do not accept returns or refunds. However, we do accept exchanges for a different product from our store. You will be able to use the credit to buy something else. If the product you wish to exchange is more expensive you will need to pay the difference. 

Once you receive the product, you have a maximum of 5 days to notify us that you wish to exchange the product. You are responsable to pay any shipment related charges and insurance to be able to execute the exchange (store to your address AND your address to our store). Product must be new, and come with its original box. If you can't provide those things unfortunately the exchange can't be me made.

If you decide to the send us the product without shipment insurance or without the correct packaging and it arrives damaged or broken to our store, we are sorry, but the exchange will not be able to proceed.
